Andhara Spa Móvil (“Andhara”) provides home spa services in Medellín, Valle de Aburrá and nearby Oriente (Rionegro, Llanogrande, El Retiro). Website: www.andharaspamovil.com. WhatsApp: +57 314 328 1120. These terms cover the website, landing pages, WhatsApp, bookings and massage table rental. Booking, paying or using the site means you accept this text, the cancellation policy and the privacy policy.

The service is wellness-focused (massages, facials, rituals, corporate spa, special dates). It is strictly professional and therapeutic. We do not offer sexual or erotic services. We may refuse or suspend an appointment in case of inappropriate conduct, with no refund for time already provided.

A booking is confirmed via WhatsApp once date, time, address, service and price are set. Published prices may change; the confirmed price applies. Payment in cash, bank transfer or the method we indicate when confirming. The space must be clear (approx. 2.5 m × 1.5 m), at a comfortable temperature, and the person ready upon arrival. We bring the table and supplies. The client must disclose health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or surgeries beforehand; if something relevant is omitted and we cannot continue, the cancellation policy applies.

Minors: we do not book in a minor's name. A person under 18 may receive the service only with a parent or legal guardian present throughout.

Massage table rental: professional equipment by the day, week or month, delivery in Medellín and the metropolitan area. The renter is liable for damage or loss. Add-ons (kits, sheets) must be requested when booking and carry an extra cost.
